So it’s the new year and one of my goals is to get my 6-pack LA KISS abs back into my life. When I was 22 achieving this wasn’t as hard as it is 5 years later, but I am determined and willing to make some changes to accomplish my goals. I also know I can find 5 minutes to do abs each day. Maybe you don’t want, or need a 6pack, maybe you can’t even do a plank but we are all on our own journey and let’s support and be proud of each and every step. Ill track my progress 🙂
- Basic straight arm plank- hold for one minute
- Side straight arm plank – hold for 30 seconds each side
- Side forearm plank – hold each side for 30 seconds
- Three point forearm plank – hold each side for 30 seconds
