As a fitness instructor and enthusiast. I love working out to and inspiring my clients by the music I am playing. I find each playlist I create motivate the intensity of every single movement I am about to perform, and it truly makes a difference on how my workout is going to end up going! Whether it be running, strength training, stretch class, ballet class, the tempos of my songs and the rhythm of the music inspires me, and I find that I really makes a difference for my clients. Below is an example of my Sculpt Workout Playlist that I have been using lately and integrates a lot of mat pilates, ballet and barre movements together giving me and my clients a full body lengthening, stretching workout that lasts around 57 minutes.
